A. Siegel wins the Dorf on Law March Madness Pool with a score that puts him in the 82.3 percentile for all entrants into the ESPN pools. Congrats to A (Andrew?). For those of you who are wondering, I came in 16th out of the 25 entrants who actually filled out brackets, with a score in the 34.3 percentile. So much for the "Dorf algorithm": When in doubt pick the school with the better physics department; if that still leaves you in doubt, pick the team with the more interesting mascot (e.g., Jayhawks over Tigers, not that I had either team in the final game).
For non-fans, I'll have something to say later today about Judge Weinstein's sweeping 6th Amendment opinion.
