Second in a Series, Redux: Adult Coloring Book, "The Lawyers of Trump-Russia" (feat. Michael Cohen)

by Diane Klein

On April 9, 2018, Michael Cohen's office was raided.  Eight months later, he was sentenced to three years in prison, thanks to the implacable Mueller team, together with the SDNY prosecutors.

In Trump's response to Cohen's conviction and sentencing statements, Trump seems to suggest that he might have a legal malpractice claim against his former lawyer. Some people may be libel proof. Might Trump be legal malpractice proof in a similar sense? Whatever, the ghost of Roy Cohn might be conjured up in a fictional legal malpractice case of Donald J. Trump v. Michael Cohen. Might Trump bring such a claim? I doubt it. But what damages might a Roy Cohn have sought? Tort students might have a ball addressing such a claim.

The "CONVICTED" stamp across Cohen's body in red should perhaps have been better in black to permit more options for coloring Cohen.
