Because of FindLaw's publishing schedule, there will be a change in the weekly schedule on Dorf on Law. On Thursdays, Mike Dorf and Sherry Colb will (on alternate weeks) discuss their newest FindLaw pieces. I will permanently move to Fridays, even on the weeks when I have not written a FindLaw column. Posts on Mondays through Wednesdays (and occasionally on weekends) will continue to be provided by Mike, and every now and then by other DoL bloggers.
I'll be back this Friday with further discussion of the deficit brouhaha in Washington. Thank you for reading Dorf on Law.

There's a schedule?
In response to Guest: Good one! Yes, we're not exactly an example of military precision, but there is a plan. It is admittedly often honored in the breach, or whatever euphemism for quasi-chaos one prefers. We"re in academia for a reason ...
Part (though admittedly all) of the chaos is due to the fact that FindLaw sometimes switches the days and times our respective columns run. Another part of the chaos is due to occasional contributions by other DoL bloggers. And then there's my whim!
And then there're my own good intentions, which seem to be getting swamped every other day or so thus far this year. The result is of course that a backlog of best laid plans go to waste all while continually growing! But there's actually light at the end of this here tunnel, into which I think I might be stepping, finally, by later this week...
